Utilization Rate

Utilization = Total Borrowed / Total Assets

Optimal: 70-85%
High: 85-95%
Critical: >95%

Bad Debt Ratio

Bad Debt Ratio = Bad Debt / Total Assets

Good: <1%
Acceptable: 1-3%
Concerning: 3-5%
Critical: >5%

LP Returns

LP APY = Interest Rate × Utilization × (1 - Fee Rate)
